About Our Client
Our client is a leading Chinese commercial banking corporation and it offers a broad range of financial services including personal and corporate banking, asset management, wealth management, broker-dealer and advisory services, issuance services, and treasury services.
Its credit card business has already reached out over 27 million cards issued and correspondent bank partnerships with 1,687 bank headquarters and their branches in more than 128 countries and regions. My client is now recruiting talents from credit card centre/bank in areas of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore etc.
This role is mainly responsible to lead the Credit Card System support team within Operations Cards Service team, and also to assume the Vendor Relationship Manager role for the third party credit card system vendor.
*To implement our vendor risk management governance as well as manage vendor performance based on agreed service levels;
*Ensure the third party Credit Card system user maintenance governance as well as to fulfill the maintenance requirements duly approved under the governance;
*Execute on parameter change requests related to third party system used for credit cards operation and coordinate impact assessment with other integrated our systems;
*Upon system defects, coordinate with internal/third party technology team, business user functions and other 2nd line of defense functions to work out and implement solutions;
*Coordinate the change request process to review and implement change initiatives to the third party Credit Card system as well as its integration with our systems.
*Develop and document the system function specification documents, along with changes.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
*Bachelor and above, University graduate preferably in finance, statistics, or related disciplines
*At least 5 years working experience in Credit Card product related banking business/processes/operations.
*Strong understanding of credit card life cycle and leading market practice in operations and customer service.
*Experience in credit card system projection implementation is preferred;
*Experience in managing market leading third party credit card system vendor is preferred;
*Experience in system support related responsibilities is preferred, e.g. user/parameter maintenance, system defect management, change request management, etc.
*Excellent English both in written and oral.
