About Our Client
A successful multinational company which has been a world leader in its field for over 10 decades and has a strong commitment to further expansion across the Asia market.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director and leading a team of corporate human resources, you will be a key strategic business partner. The main responsibility is to be accountable for the maintenance of the company's core values by attracting, training and retaining the right talent in the right role. This is a vital leadership role in managing and overseeing HR functions throughout the company and providing policy direction in areas such as staffing and talent acquisition, training and development, employer branding and organisation development in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan operations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess a strong sense for business and have at least 10 years managerial experience gained from multinational organisations. An in-depth exposure to Organisation Development & Talent Development is a pre-requisite. Prior experience in engineering and construction industries is preferred. A strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent business acumen and the ability to manage and drive effective human capital management are critical success factors. You must be able to strive for growth and provide effective leadership to stakeholders with the business. Complete fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
