*Supervise the induction, on-the-job and technical training for Direct and Indirect Labour.
*Conduct orientation sessions for all key supervisory members.
*Create brochures and relevant training materials for all in-house training courses with the support from other departments and concerned parties.
*Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations for the training purposes.
*Create the evaluation processes of the training results and follow-up jobs for reinforcements.
*Prepare and implement the annual training budget with all concerned Department Heads.
*Evaluate the Training Gaps/needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
*Conduct performance evaluations.
The Successful Applicant
1.University Graduated with the Related Subjects
2.Good Command of Communication and Presentation skills (English and Chinese),
3.Familiar with the training and development management skills and knowledge in the banking field.
4.At least 8 years in the training and development field and well versed in the knowledge of 5S, 6 sigma, Management Theory, 7 MUDA, & etc.
