About Our Client
Our client is a reputable company offering distribution and supply chain solutions to customers, covering various business units and product categories. With a strong presence in Asia Pacific, they are looking for a high calibre to join them to assist their repacking operations.
Reporting to the Manager, your major duty is to monitor the daily operation of the repacking team. This is a key step in the distribution chain and you should monitor the effectiveness of the workflow and quality of overall performance such that it is up to customers' expectation. You will ensure the procedures follow the compliance standards and handle the internal auditing on occasions. Leading a sizeable team, you will plan ahead the resource allocation such that the time schedule can be met. You will act as a bridge between the internal and external parties such that the most updated status is reported and communicated to the top management and all customers inquiries are addressed properly.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have a track record in repacking operations. You should have pharmaceutical, food or FMCG background. Good command in English and Cantonese are preferred. Immediately available is preferred but not a must.
