About Our Client
A market leader in the industry with strong presence and commitment to growth across Asia Pacific particularly Greater China.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this is a hands-on role with responsibility for a full range of HR and Administration functions in Hong Kong and China. Specifically, this will include recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning and development, performance management, as well as employee relations. Furthermore, you will assist in regional projects, developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies to support changing business needs.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualifies, you will have a minimum 5 years HR generalist experience. Some understanding of HR practices and employment legislation in China is preferred. An independent working approach and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels will be key to success in this role. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential. Occasional travel throughout China will be required.
