About Our Client
A market leader in the industry with presence in Asia Pacific.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will work closely with Division Heads to enhance overall effectiveness of the human capital within the organization. You will take a proactive role in carrying out full spectrum of HR operations as well as wide range of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities. You will be responsible for HR projects including performance management, C&B review, salary benchmarking and employee relations. You will play a key role in ensuring all payroll and C&B data are accurate across the operations in Asia Pacific. You will also assist senior management on ad hoc projects in PRC or Asia Pacific operations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Business, Human resources or other related disciplines. With a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources generalist it will be expected that you will be familiar with C&B administration such as payroll and commission calculation. Knowledge of PRC C&B practice will be a definite advantage. You will possess excellent communication skills in English and Chinese and have a genuine and enthusiastic desire to further your career in Human Resources. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer. Immediately available is highly preferred.
