About Our Client
Our client is a renowned FMCG company with a strong presence in Asia region. As a result of business expansion, they are looking for seasoned professionals to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of HR and working with a small team, the main responsibility is to be accountable for the maintenance of the company's core values by attracting, training and retaining the right talent in the right role. You will work closely with regional HR to act as an internal consultant to all business units. You will be involved in building a strong corporate culture, implementing organisational development initiatives and reviewing the performance management system. You will also need to design and develop leadership programmes, implement talent retention strategies and set up the competency model.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate with a degree in psychology, you should have at least 5 years relevant exposure to Organisation Development & Talent Development. Prior experience in insurance, banking, retail or services industries is preferred. With high levels of business acumen and energy, you should be independent and well organised. You will have a proven track record of success in change management, project management and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese are a pre-requisites.
