About Our Client
Our client is a high profile energy company with strong presence in Hong Kong.
- Develop, review, and implement organisational development initiatives and programs to enhance performance and employee satisfaction levels of the company.
- Design and develop employee engagement strategies and direction based on business needs.
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders on employee disputes or accidental cases.
- Drive and executive new ER initiatives to enhane relationships with the employees.
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or relevant Discipline
Minimum 7 years' experience in HR field with sizable organizations, considerable exposures in ER is needed.
Well-versed with HK Labour Legislation.
Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
