About Our Client
Reporting to their HR Manager, this position will be account servicing for one of their BU with more than hundreds of headcounts. On operational side, this person will practically help with recruitment and training arrangements. On the other hand, he/she will focus a lot on driving HR initiatives and projects, from headcount planning, recruitment strategies, C&B review, data analysis to training strategies development. This person will be responsible to work closely with the line managers as the first point of contact as well.
The Successful Applicant

- The ideal candidate would be mature, independent with good interpersonal skills, preferably with at least 6-7 years of experience.
- Good command of spoken Chinese and English.
- Hands-on and able to develop new plans and initiatives.
- Good team player
