About Our Client

*Lead and manage the team's daily performance and business development, be the role model to explore the business opportunities.
Communicate strategy to team and ensure that improvements are implemented to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.
*Manage and organise sales activities and resources within the region according to local client needs and as per China sales strategy and customer segmentation guidelines.
*Own the regional marketing plan and client specific market plan.
*Lead and manage execution to ensure the performance meets and exceeds KPI's.
*Streamline market research and feedback with suggestion to indoor sales team and sales management.
*Identify opportunities in the area and upgrade potential Key Clients with KAM.
*Maintain relationships with Key Clients as appropriate, championing their needs and driving teamwork within the area and sales organizations.
*Collaborate with the sales managers in other regions to ensure best practices are shared and cross-office business requirements are covered in the optimal way.
*Stick to the guideline from the company on competition law.
*Effectively handle client interactions, includes but not limited to site demo, proposal submission, presentations & introductions, etc.
*Timely CRM update and any other ad-hot reporting requirements from the company.
*Implementation of the specific company's e-business solutions (by implementing and foster the Hoffmann e-Shop tool) in cooperation with the field staff agents and local IT-managers.
*Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Local interactions with other function teams to improve the team synergy.
*Implement strategies to develop, train, maintain and motivate workforce to deliver business requirements.
*Ensure succession and manpower planning policies are in place and actively encouraged.
*Ensure that management continually develop, implement and monitor activities that will enhance team development and engagement and loyalty.
*Understand the skills, know-how levels and attitudes in his/her Sales team, to organize training and education processes, including on-job coaching, to challenge and develop the sales competences in the area.
*Conduct the appraisal to the sales under your direct coverage and give your input to the associates relevant based on the guideline from management.
The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor degree and / or above
*10+ years sales experience.
*5+ years sales management experience.
*Senior management experience leading and inspiring sales teams to deliver results.
*Strong B2B sales experience with proven record.
*Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Analytical and negotiation skills.
*Positive and high energy level.
*Fluent written & oral English.
*Basic P/L knowledge.
*Mature, passionate and self-motivated.
