This person is responsible for attaining monthly and annual sales targets, building up distribution channels, establishing strategic business relations, and providing ideas for all strategic sales plans and their implementation. The person in this role builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. In addition, this role will lead and manage the commercial structure and practices at Suzhou site, ensuring a high level of commercial accuracy and awareness at site level, implementing margin improvement initiatives to increase opportunity for margin recovery, cost reduction and profit improvement. Establish and lead a consistent structure for customer information recording and training. Will represent the product group commercially and technically for the Sales team as a consistent key point of contact. Will promote the product capabilities leading to increased focus on added value sales growth and product development. Will coordinate with Engineering and Procurement to ensure all materials used in production are cost competitive. This position will have 9-10 direct reports.
